Spaetzle Fruit Salad
- Cook the Spaetzle according to the packet instructions. When the pasta is cooked, drain in a colander and rinse under cold water.
- Squeeze the oranges.
- Wash, zest and squeeze the lime.
- Wash the other fruits and chop into small pieces.
- Chop the nuts.
- Mix everything together and enjoy!

- 10.5 oz Spaetzle
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 2 oranges
- 1 lime
- seasonal fruits (e.g. apple, pear, pineapple, apricots, grapes)
- 2 tbsp peanuts
- 2 tbsp raisins
